He managed all this with pure dedication of his time.  He took over Banwarilal & Co in 2007 to establish a centralized management that would directly better the functioning of the organization. He expanded his business successfully to fulfill his grandfather’s dream and today Mr. Mohit has put KBJ into Bullion and Jewellery, Real Estate, Entertainment, Aviation and Hospitality. Today, Mr. Mohit has earned the reverence of the Uttar Bhartiya Award with eminent personalities appreciating the work of excellence displayed by him. He also has another achievement to his credit of being chosen as the director of ‘The Bombay Bullion Association’

Mr. Naresh Kapoor is a mind that formulates the smooth functioning of KBJ. He is the Director and the President of operations who fulfills the responsibility of overlooking all the departments of KBJ. Mr. Naresh fulfills these responsibilities efficiently, without facing any problems. The core reason for such a cool mind on heavy duty is the priceless experience that comes with him. 

Mr. Jitendra Gulshan Kapoor had started his career with Modiluft airlines as manager for marketing and traffic supervisor. His talent demanded more from him so he made a jump to the travel industry. Jitendra got associated with KBJ Jewellery Pvt.Ltd. in the year 2006 as the GM. He very quickly acquired immense experience in the area of manufacturing, designing and trading gold jewellery, Jitendra then was given the responsibility of handling the nationwide marketing for the company.

Mr. Sukumar shetty holds a great degree of experience in the field of Hospitality and Service Industries Finance. He also has significant knowledge regarding Finance in Manufacturing. He possesses the skill to bring about the difference in the organization in the best possible manner. He is a professional with a sound judgment whose decisions are always apt. His experience with these fields extends to over 15 years. Mr. Sukumar is the CFO of our Group Companies as he has the potential and sheer talent to steer KBJ to bigger heights of success.

Ms. Deepali Pangarker is a talented individual possessing amazing qualities. She is the one mind responsible for analyzing and making policies for the organization. She is a PGDHRM from Wellinkars. Deepali delivers the best of the employees as she takes care of the recruitments. She establishes and maintains the relations in the most apt manner with the employees by creating a favorable environment. Ms. Deepali effortlessly performs a lot more duties. Mr. Siddhant Bagla is one of them who respects and understands money. He has Finance Management background who understands the significance of money and states that its importance is different and diverse for all, but for Mr. Siddhant it is for the growth of KBJ. He is a master in handling all the corporate affairs and handles it on his own. His experience makes things look simple and his enthusiasm works in his and KBJ favor.

Ms. Nidhi Kapoor is a professional that symbolizes excellence. Her knowledge and experience makes her a diversified mind that functions under pressure and manages all the tasks gracefully and with ease. She has a brilliant mind that performs with perfection and efficacy.  Today, she is the project head for all the KBJ Hotel Projects that includes looking after project controls and the overall management. KBJ is glad to have Nidhi on board who thoroughly understands responsibilities and fulfills them with dedication and focus

Mr. Shastry is the CEO of Hotels & Resorts Vertical of the KBJ Group. A sheer guru in Sales & Marketing with ROI accountability.
